ABOUT
Wildly adventurous trumpeter, composer, and bandleader Steven Bernstein joins master improvisers Scott Colley on bass and Nasheet Waits on drums in ResoNation Trio, a chordless ensemble exploring a spacious, intimate, and reflective side of Bernstein’s music. Moving fluidly between composition and improvisation, the trio brings spontaneity and deep musical conversation to music that retains the curiosity, soul, and adventurous spirit that have defined Bernstein’s singular career.
